Leandro Marini has been manipulating images digitally for over 20 years. As a senior colorist, Leandro delivered over 200 feature films into distribution before focusing on VFX Supervision for 5 years. Leandro played a key role in the development of the LIVE FX virtual production system and has helped pioneer advanced techniques for building photoreal virtual environments. Today, he serves as the in-house Virtual Production Producer at E11, overseeing every shoot on the LED volume to ensure creative and technical success.

Bobby Naidu brings decades of experience in sound stage operations to the table. He spent 18 years honing his skills at Raleigh Studios before founding Source Studios at 1111 N. Beachwood Drive. Over the next 20 years, Source Studios became a trusted home for high-profile clients including Apple, Nike, Ford, Katy Perry, and Linkin Park. Recently, Bobby transitioned into the world of virtual production, transforming his boutique Hollywood facility into E11, a cutting-edge virtual production center—while preserving the signature white-glove, client-focused service that has long defined the studio’s reputation.
